I can't believe with as much action and fun, not to mention good drinks and food, you guys have that you have trouble getting this game going. If the game were in the US people would drive 100 miles to play in it, no doubt about it!

The problem is two fold I think

One is the limited poll of players, costaricans don't gamble (I supose most of the gambling we do is on the soccer games and its esentially "friendly" bets)

I play cause..........my wife instructs me to LOL, well at first at least, now I enjoy being dealt teasing cards that are great cards (Except that my opponent has a slightly better hand)

The other part is sometimes we are just plain tired, last night I went for two reasons basically, I needed to get out of the house and I needed a beer

I take it you are ready to beat everybody in the RX poker game in vegas, Bill?

I didn't sign up because I can't be sure I will be in town by 1pm on Saturday. I have a bachelor party in San Diego the night before to go to, wise to make sure I give myself PLENTY of time to get there

People told me that the Europa used to have decent action for poker. What happened there? I doubt the Ticos not gambling isn't a big problem when it is all gringos playing. Maybe they have too much money to play, hehe.
